Non-Impact Group Fitness Classes* and Workshops

Each Group Fitness Classes is a unique, intense, and progressive class that will focus on core-integration, proper skeletal alignment, breath control, and endurance.

While following a general structure, each class progresses with consideration to all levels of participants, and will be adjusted to accommodate the group’s general interest, abilities, physical strengths, and limitations.

 *Group Fitness Classes are available to anyone who has had a minimum of 10 Personal Training classes or by invitation only unless specified otherwise.
