This is an intense, non-impact workout designed to strengthen and stretch your body, help you gain a new awareness and appreciation for yourself and your body’s abilities, and will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. 

This is a unique fitness class that is designed to enhance your body awareness; challenge and condition your core; improve your muscular control and posture, and will focus on breath control and its influence on core integration and endurance.
