Guided Restorative Relaxation

 

This is the most delicious and indulgent class on the schedule.

Many of us are beginning to feel the stress brought on by juggling work, family life, and the tension that comes from dealing with tough economic times. It is essential to have as many tools/skills to help us better deal with the challenges of daily life and will enable you to have more control over your responses to physical/emotional stresses. 

You will enjoy the exploration of several breathing styles/techniques that will help you enjoy the calm that comes from "taking things slow". 

You will gently ease yourself into supported restorative poses, where you will have the time to explore your breath, relax into nurturing postures and maybe even fall asleep.

This is nurturing that our minds and bodies crave.  Once you try it, you’ll want more.

Please let your instructor know of any aches or injuries you may have BEFORE class begins.  Bring comfy clothes, some cozy socks, and be ready to feel wonderful…you deserve it!
