What to Wear
Please be considerate of your fellow participants by leaving your perfume/fragrance/cologne at home.
Clothing should be non-restrictive, comfortable, supportive, and should allow for full range of motion without compromising modesty.
Controlled Burn Fitness classes are done bare footed. Let your tootsies breath!!!
It is recommended to bring comfy socks and a cover up for cool down at the end class during the winter.
You will want to be especially comfy for the Guided Restorative Relaxation class.
Please inform your instructor (Before You Attend a Class) if you have special needs regarding foot protection, due to diabetes, injury, or infection.
Controlled Burn Fitness provides antibacterial wipes for the refreshment of your feet.
