As President of Pinnacle Performance Center, Inc. and Director of High Performance Psychology, Dr. Gervais has worked with professional and youth athletes for over 10 years. Dr. Gervais has consulted with numerous NHL, NBA, NFL, UFC, AVP, MLS, collegiate, Olympic, and high school athletes.
Dr. Gervais is a published, peer-reviewed author of sport psychology systems for innovative strategies toward performance excellence. Myofascial Release for Athletes

Understanding and integrating soft tissue stretching into your workouts to prevent injury. Foam rollers and PVC pipes are excellent tools to improve flexibility, prevent injury and increase your metabolic rate. Using the roller helps break up scar-tissue or what some people refer to as knots. Rolling out increases your flexibility, range of motion, lowers your risk of injury and improves circulation. Key areas targeted will be quads, Iliotibial band, piriformis (deep gluteals), calves, hamstrings, lats and upper back.
