Nutritional Guidance and Meal Planning is available to anyone who is interested in learning more about how to make better food choices.
Explore new ways to maximize your ability to create healthy, balanced meals and snacks that will nutritionally fuel/replenish your body to help you stay focused and energized throughout the day and during your workouts.

Session 1- Meal Planning and Nutritional Guidance Consultation

The Meal Planning and Nutritional Guidance Consultation includes a review of the client's medical history; focuses on past and current eating habits; goals; likes/dislikes; a take home Client's Daily Food and Fitness Log that the client will be expected to keep honest and up to date until the next week's follow-up session.
Session 2- The 1st Nutritional Guidance Follow-Up and Review

The 1st Nutritional Guidance Follow-Up and Review includes the review of Client's Daily Food and Fitness Log from the previous week; a candid discussion about food and fitness choices revealed in the Log; Suggestions on where improvements can be made to help the client get closer to their health and fitness goals; 2nd Client's Daily Food and Fitness Log to record the suggested changes in fuel and fitness choices that will be reviewed during the 2nd Follow-Up and Review.
Session 3- The 2nd Nutritional Guidance Follow-Up and Review

The 2nd Nutritional Guidance Follow-Up and Review is the time where we see the difference with how different fuel choices can have an impact on a client's performance, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
During the 2nd Nutritional Follow-Up and Review, we will discuss where we can maintain and improve upon fuel and fitness choices.
Session 4 through 10- Fine Tuning the Program

Sessions 4 through 10 are all about fine tuning your meal planning to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. During Sessions 4-10 we will review your Client's Daily Food and Fitness Log and explore new ways to maximize your ability to create balanced meals and snacks that will nutritionally fuel/replenish your body to help you stay focused and energized throughout the day and during your workouts.
By Session 6 we will be working together to take your meal planning to the next level.
We will have a clearer picture of your relationship between each meal, your energy level, and mood. We will have a better idea of your food likes and dislikes and will hopefully begin exploring more ingredients that will help you create exciting and delicious meals that are easy to prepare. You will have the option by this time to purchase specially designed recipes that include all of your favorite ingredients that will help you reach your health and fitness goals.
