The 8 Week Adult Beginning Ballet Workshop Description

Each Wed 6:00pm-7:30pm

Limited to: 8 Participants
This is an Adult Beginning Ballet (Beginning to Intermediate Level Class) great for anyone with some ballet background or for any dancer who wishes to take the time to brush up on basic ballet technique.
Each class will include a full body warm up, Basic Ballet Barre Exercises (plies, tendus, etc.) and floor Barre exercises (stretch/core), and more.
GREAT FOR
Anyone who wants a great non-impact, leg/thigh/bun-firming workout
Anyone who has taken the 8 Week ADULT BASICS Ballet Workshop and wants more.
Anyone who is injury-free or anyone who has contacted the studio with concerns regarding limitations.
Any Professional/Experienced Dancer who want to brush up on technique without having to worry about choreography.
Any Professional Dancers (past/present) who are working through, or recovering from, an injury and want to focus on technique.
All ages (over 18), shapes, sizes, will be welcome.
NO PINK TIGHTS or ballet slippers required. : )
WORKSHOP INCLUDES
Beginning to Intermediate Level Ballet Class-the class will progress with consideration to the level and interests of the participants.
Close attention to placement, articulation, and alignment of feet.
A Ballet Floor Barre that focuses on Stretching/Flexibility and Core Work.
Take Home Program with Ballet Terms, Definitions, and Descriptions of Basic Ballet Positions, and Basic Ballet Technique and Exercises.
